An Open Letter to You...

Hello everyone,

Lately I've noticed I've developed a really bad habit.
I will be out somewhere, like iO for example, and be spacing out so hard that I won't hear someone say hello or notice that they are standing right in front of me.

I imagine this comes of as unbelievably rude.
I didn't realize how much I was doing that until recently.
So if I've done that to you, I'm really sorry.
I could get more specific, but I'm worried if I start apologizing to individuals here, I will leave someone off and make it worse.

I don't know what's wrong with my brain. I think it's just tired.
So it goes on a little vacation and makes me look bad.
For shame brain. For shame.

I can't promise it won't happen again, but if it does feel free to poke me on the arm or something. No kicking.

The Rabble

The Rabble is coming up on our one year anniversary.

Since we have been a team, we have had:

3 Coaches
3 People Added
3 People Leave

That's a lot of change in a short amount of time.

With each slight change, something on the team changes. It morphs and turns, becoming reflective of the people on it. You'd be surprised how much of a difference one person can make. Really.

We have our first rehearsal with coach number 3 tomorrow. From what I have heard, he is very excited about having us. Which makes us excited to have him.

A Quick Message

Ladies, let's quit saying that other ladies only are only successful here because they flirt or because they are attractive. We already have to work twice as hard just to be seen as equals on stage. Rumors and excuses like flirtation are us just making it harder on ourselves. Put that energy into bettering yourself. Because, as Jason says, all you can do is fix you.
